These promotions reflect TCOM’s commitment to recognizing and nurturing talent from within its ranks.
Ann Nicklas Promoted to Director of Contracts
Ann Nicklas has been an integral part of TCOM for over 15 years, starting as a Contracts Manager and consistently demonstrating professionalism and outstanding performance. In this leadership role, Ann will continue to ensure contract best practices and compliance across TCOM’s worldwide business base, including the U.S. Government and commercial businesses. Ann and the TCOM Contracts Team will support all TCOM functional departments in the coordination of RFP reviews, pricing and statement of work support, proposal strategies, issue resolution, negotiations, and overall contract administration among other things. She will also continue to leverage her many years of experience to advise the Program Management Office on contract execution risks and associated mitigation strategies.
Chris Buchko Named Director of Integrated Logistics Support
TCOM is also proud to announce Chris Buchko’s promotion to Director of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS). Chris joined TCOM in 2011 and has since held various roles, including Deputy Program Manager, Program Manager, and ILS Manager. In his new position, Chris will continue to define the roles and responsibilities of the ILS team to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Chris’s dedication and strategic vision have enhanced TCOM’s logistics support capabilities.
