Leadership Team

Dave Sikora started at TCOM in 2012 and has served as Vice President for Program Management since 2016, overseeing the management of several complex programs delivering elevated surveillance systems to TCOM’s Worldwide Customer base.

Work History & Experience

Before joining TCOM, Mr. Sikora held the positions of Senior Director of Operations, Program Director, and Program Manager at Orbital Sciences Corporation. As the Director of Operations of the Transportation Management Systems Division, he managed program staff responsible for over $80M in annual revenue as part of Orbital Sciences’ $1B portfolio. Further, as Program Director, he managed various domestic transportation projects.

Education

Mr. Sikora received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Carnegie-Mellon University and a Master of Business Administration from Loyola College.
