Leadership Team

Kevin Farrell is a vital component of TCOM’s Senior Management team, serving as the Program Director of the Persistent Surveillance Systems Tethered (PSS-T) Program.

Work History & Experience

Mr. Farrell served as General Manager of the Positioning, Navigation, and Timing unit at Exelis (now L3Harris), based in the NYC metro area. This $150M+ business designs and manufactures the payload lofted into space that generates GPS signals and transmits them to Earth, as well as supports the development of the ground segment that manages the GPS satellite constellation. Prior to that, he was the Programs Director for Engineering and Cybersecurity at Honeywell, a $60M+ services P&L based in Maryland with offices across North America.

Education

Mr. Farrell received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Akron.
