Matt Barlow has served as Program Director for TCOM since 2021. He held major areas of responsibility since joining the team over 30 years ago.

Work History & Experience

Mr. Barlow was first hired by TCOM in 1990 and worked in various accounting and finance positions. In 2004, he transitioned to the Program Management Office and supported TCOM as Program Manager and held that role until taking on his new responsibilities in 2021.

Education
Mr. Barlow earned his Bachelor of Science in Emergency Health Services from the University of Maryland Baltimore College. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
