Based out of Saudi Arabia, Michael Dishman is responsible for managing TCOM’s international programs in the Middle East and Africa.

Work Experience

Mr. Dishman is a solution-oriented and versatile management professional with extensive experience in the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia. He has over 23 years of military and 12 years of private sector experience, with the last 25 years in the Middle East in both capacities. He has documented success in business development and operations, implementing improved programs, training/cross-training personnel, and increasing productivity through innovation and adherence to quality standards. Before joining TCOM in 2022, he worked at Cubic Global Defense.

Education

Mr. Dishman received a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and his Master of Arts in Middle Eastern studies from the University of Texas at Austin.
