Before his current position, Martin was the VP & General Counsel of Duratek, Inc. He also held various legal, financial, and contract positions at McCormick & Co. and Westinghouse Electric Company.

Education 

Mr. Martin received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland.
