Mr. Sutton is a results-focused and dynamic business executive with demonstrated leadership and expertise in international business profit & loss (P&L), business development, congressional engagement development, capture management, and operations.
Bringing more than 26 years of comprehensive experience, Mr. Sutton joins TCOM having spent most of his career working in defense and business capture. While serving as Vice President of Business Development at General Motors Defense, he was responsible for the capture of the U.S. Army Infantry Squad Vehicle contract in 2020, valued at $214M. As Vice President of International Business Defense Systems Group at Orbital ATK, Mr. Sutton oversaw operations with annual sales exceeding $500M in addition to serving as the Chairman of the Board for Orbital ATK Middle East. At Raytheon, he was responsible for the operational management of Raytheon International including the role of Regional Director for Middle East and North Africa Business Development. Mr. Sutton was also Program Director of Engineering and Deputy Program Manager as well as IPT Lead of the F/A-18 Program Office at NAVAIR.

Mr. Sutton received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Sciences from Park University along with a graduate degree in Aerospace & Defense from the U.S. Naval Test Pilot School. He also earned a Master of Science in Aviation Systems from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and a Master of Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology. Mr. Sutton also recently earned an Executive Master’s degree in International Affairs from Syracuse University.
