Daniel Karbler to the company’s Advisory Board. An expert in complex Air and Missile Defense and Space Operations, he has extensive experience in effectively leading large and complex military commands, conducting operations, requirements and capability development, test and evaluation, and budget formulation. His experience with developing elevated sensor requirements will help TCOM develop the next generation of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) and counter-UAS capabilities.
For more than three decades, Mr. Karbler served our nation in a variety of positions in the United States and around the world, leading diverse groups from all military services. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Karbler was the Commanding General of the U.S. Army’s Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC), a globally dispersed organization across 23 locations in 11 time zones. As part of his command responsibilities, he was the Army’s proponent for Space and High Altitude. His previous assignments include serving as Special Assistant to the Commanding General, U.S. Army Material Command, Chief of Staff, U.S. Strategic Command, Commanding General, U. S. Army Test and Evaluation Command, and Director, Joint and Integration, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff G8 at the Pentagon.
As part of the TCOM Advisory Board, he will be joined by Brigadier General (Ret.) Thomas Cole, Lieutenant General (Ret.) Joseph DiSalvo, Major General (Ret,) Bill Hix, Peraton Vice President of Strategy Lexi Alexander, and Tom Burbage, Burbage Global Consulting, LLC.“Our Advisory Board is integral to helping shape TCOM’s short- and long-term strategies that define our future business and technology roadmaps.
