TCOM Selected as a Contract Holder for the MATOC IDIQ to Support PD Aerostats’ Family of Systems

Washington, D.C. – TCOM, LP, a world-renowned provider of tethered aerostat surveillance systems, is excited to announce its award of the Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) $4 billion Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract enables TCOM to partner with Program Directorate (PD) Aerostats to grow their capabilities and advance the program’s mission. TCOM’s portfolio of solutions addresses the broad range of tethered aerostat applications, tethered unmanned aerial systems (TeUAS), and stratospheric High-Altitude Balloons (HABs).

As the prime contractor for the Persistent Surveillance Systems Tethered (PSS-T) program, TCOM brings over five decades of expertise in lighter-than-air systems, offering modern solutions to significantly reduce sustainment costs, enhance operational effectiveness to identify and counter threats, and improved survivability and mobility. These systems support domestic and deployed U.S. Army operations along with international programs and a growing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) portfolio, delivering cost-effective and resilient persistent surveillance.
